Thank you for shopping at Smarthon.
In the event of difficulties with Our products, please first contact Us. We will arrange for one of Our team members to communicate and troubleshoot with You. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on replacements.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Warranty and Return Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Smarthon Limited, Unit 01-03 & 05-06, 25/F, CDW Building, 388 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Smarthon, accessible from smarthon.cc
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Smarthon products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty. For all products and accessories, We will repair or replace at Our discretion based on availability and the nature of the fault for a period of 6 months. Our warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, accident, or products altered outside of our factory.
If there is a manufacturer defect, please make sure that the Goods were purchased in the last 14 days with the original receipt in order for the Goods to be eligible for a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse replacements of any products that do not meet the above replacement conditions in our sole discretion. You can only ask for replacements for the defective parts but not the whole kit set.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
You should expect to receive the replacement package within 30 days after contacting Us. We will cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement package to You.
